Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Payment, Please make cheques payable to the following names.
    For The Old Smithy and The Old Shippon, please pay Mr. Tippett.      

    For The Mineshop Miners Cottages pay Mr & Mrs.C.S.Tippett.

    For Cancleave Bungalow, please pay Mr. & Mrs. Cummins.

2. Rents are in Pounds per Cottage, per week.

3. Pets are welcome at £20 per pet per week. Please note, we are sorry but we don’t accept Puppies of

    less than 1 year old. Cats may be accepted but only by prior arrangement.

4. Towels can be hired at £9 per person per week, but please feel free to bring your own.

5. Three day breaks are often available especially in the colder months, please feel free to enquire.

    Three Day Breaks are from £150

6. Bookings are normally made from Friday to Friday; there are times where we might be able to run from

    another Day, again please feel free to enquire.

7. Electricity is charged through £1 Coin Meters, Storage Heating is provided free in the Colder Months.

8. Booking, to make a booking please contact us first to ensure availability

9. Cots, only Old Smithy, Old Shippon Garyvoe and Parada have room for a cot

10. Smoking, is only permitted outside of the properties please.
